Aussie Office Moves offers complete, life-cycle records management, including classifying, storing, securing, and archiving of both physical and electronic records. We're ably equipped to look after records that are no longer in everyday use but which you still need kept, and we can also oversee your records through their entire lifespan - from the moment of their creation to their ultimate disposal.

Electronic Records
When records do not have a physical existence, managing them poorly and haphazardly can mean that - at a later date - their authenticity and reliability can be thrown into question. We understand this, which is why we take every precaution to ensure that electronic records are kept intelligently, preserving their structure and - where applicable - their place within a folder system.

Physical records
Our careful handling ensures that your physical records are always identifiable and easily authenticated. Intelligent filing and retrieval means that the risk of damage or loss is always minimised, and we also guard against environmental damage, including temperature and humidity-related damage, at every turn.

When you need access to any of your physical records stored with us, our tracking system is activated, keeping your documents safe even when they're in circulation.

Disposal of records
With your approval, we will devise retention schedules specific to your requirements and the nature of your records.

At the end of their life-cycle, your documents will enter the process of disposal. This can mean that they are moved to archives, or else literally destroyed, using shredders, incinerators or pulverising devices.

Fire-proofing, security, intruder alarms and 24-hour CCTV surveillance...both your physical and electronic records are safeguarded with state-of-the-art security and the conscientiousness of our staff.

Document retrieval
Every document is accounted for thanks to a barcode system. Identification and retrieval of any document or record is therefore fast and easy, and there will always be a permanent record of that document's circulation and request history.

We can also provide you with desktop access to your records - you can manage them securely on-line, request materials and copies, organise retrievals and arrange new items to be collected and added to storage. You have round-the-clock access to your records and, for added security, levels of access can be determined on a user-by-user basis.
